1/ Job description:

- Prepare Import- Export documents (Invoice, Packing List, Manifest,...)

- Manage and follow up documents related to logistics activities, bills of lading and other documents

- Follow up and update information on goods status and shipping schedules

- Coordinate with other departments in the company to ensure effective communication and coordination during the processing process

- Support contact with Client. Resolve problems that arise during the delivery process

- Check the validity of CO/CQ documents. Support customs procedures upon receipt of goods

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of records and compliance with relevant legal regulations

- Some tasks as requested by leader.

2/ Requirement:

- Male

- Fluently in English

- At least 1-2 year experiences in in Logistics Field, Import-Export, Forwarding.

- Good in MS office (specially is Excel)

- Graduated from university majoring in Import-Export, Economics, Foreign trade, Customs.
